Human Resources Director
Brooke Walle joined GBSI in January 2011, starting as a Testing Center Administrator and now serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Human Resources Director.
Brooke embraces the customer service aspect of her job. Her daily focus is to serve her internal customers, the GBSI employees. Brooke is responsible for the maintenance and verification of cleared individuals and the GBSI facility clearance. She is particularly experienced in recruiting, benefits administration, labor laws, and reporting.
Brooke actively looks for ways to support GBSI and the employees she supports by doing things like attending webinars, which provide her with a wealth of information to use in her daily activities. She volunteers in peer groups and welcomes new challenges and opportunities. Brooke holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and continues to grow in her profession.
